Reaching the individual and specific goals of my clients is what matters to me first and foremost. I believe that the most important aspect of personal training must initially derive from listening carefully to the needs of every client, then creating a bespoke fitness programme with nutritional guidance designed towards meeting those needs efficiently and affectively.
Equally as important is the communication between trainer and client to develop a trust an understanding so that along each individual client-journey, their empowerment is developed to go beyond achieving their personal goals but in some cases to increase levels of self-efficiency, the foundation for sustaining a positive control over one's own 'well-being'.
